"We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Mercury Phuket, Patong.
The hotel has a very convenient location - it is within walking distance to both the mall and the beach, which made everything easy.
When we arrived, we even received a yummy complimentary cake for our anniversary, which was a lovely surprise.
The pool was nice and there were always chairs available, so it was easy to relax between outings. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of options, and the overall service was...

"We stayed total of 5 nights and 3 rooms. One of the rooms had bad reception of satellite tv. So we switched to new room on third night
Breakfast was ok . Thoughtful they put signs for chicken vegetarian etc because we only eat halal food
Servers during breakfast mostly seemed like they had bad days . But other hotel staff seemed friendly "
