The room was not great as the property staff did not clean daily aside from fresh towels and emptying of trash when full. They gave us an ADU room (not requested) so the bathroom would get soaked when showering with slippery floors. "Walter greeted us and made us feel welcome the second we walked in. The Hotel is gorgeous and our room was comfortable and a lovely size. We took advantage of the spa which was a perfect way to end our Italian vacation before a long day of travel. We also had room service and the service and food were on point. Thank you so much for a lovely day and night."
