"My wife and I arrived at about 3.30pm to check in. There was no concierge to greet their guests and assist with their luggage. There was no one there to greet guests offering welcome drinks, towels etc. we found our way to another room where there was 2 bottles of water sitting in a bucket of melted ice water which was warm, there was only one clean glass to serve yourself.
There were people waiting around in the lobby and lots of luggage around waiting to be checked in.

"The resort is beautiful, the staff is all so warm welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious with a magnificent view, breakfast was included and fantastic, the 360 restaurant with the ocean view and tons of options healthy juices and wellness shots were amazing !"

"This was the best Villa I have ever stayed at, the staff were very nice and accommodating I will miss them, they went above and beyond and made sure everything was good. They also replied very fast whenever we needed anything. The Villa was very nice and spacious and the pool was lovely, it wasn’t heated but with the weather it was good enough. There are some small ants or bugs around the Villa but we are in Bali so. The breakfast was amazing and had different options. Each room had multiple air...
