"The location of the hotel is great, and central to everything. The overall hotel decor was disjointed and strange, not exactly welcoming. The lobby restaurant was nice and inviting. The beds are comfy. The water in the shower never got hot, it was lukewarm at best (bordering COLD!) Check in / out very smooth, very friendly staff."

"I traveled with my son who was celebrating a birthday during the trip. I spoke to multiple staff about a special surprise for him and it never happened. When I contacted the staff, they were not concerned about the mishap and said they would try better on our next visit. What makes them think that we would go back based on this experience? Also, the rooftop is not open often and staff are allowed to shut it down before closing if they feel like it."

"This property was incredible! The location, cleanliness, and attention of the staff was beyond expectations.
