"Make sure that you are assigned an uneven room number at check in! All the even number rooms face the University avenue and it is very noisy! To a point that the hotel leaves "noise reduction kit" in the rooms... Rooms are relatively small. Nice location in the heart of Palo Alto. The ratio price / quality of sleep is not what we expected, we will not return and rather book a cheaper hotel if it is to sleep above a noisy street..."

"It was a beautiful room very clean exactly as described. The only issue was the check out; checkout was stated to be at 11:00 am but while I was out around 9:00 am my brother said that workers were banging on the door to the room and that they opened the door themselves to tell him it was time to leave. We basically got kicked out 2 hours early with no choice."

"The room had a strong smell of chemical cleaning agents when we arrived, half our group left and paid for a different hotel. The linens on the bed had stains and we had to wash them - note the stains were gone after the wash. The location of this unit is on a very busy road and the sounds are the same whether the windows were closed or open. Absolutely dreadful furnishings, linens - nothing about this place is luxury.
