"The hotel’s location was excellent, which was definitely a positive aspect of my stay. However, I was disappointed with several things. The room did not have a refrigerator or a microwave, which made my stay less convenient. The bathroom shower was also extremely small and uncomfortable to use. "Large, clean rooms. Friendly staff."

"Friendly and helpful staff, with easy check-in. Our room was a nice size, super-clean, with a comfy mattress and wonderful bathroom. The hotel has plenty of space to lounge in the lobby, as well as outdoor dining. Location was an easy walk to Times Square and the theater district, as well as a close drive to the Lincoln Tunnel. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again."

"The property didn’t feel clean or kept up with. We had also called ahead of the me as my wife pumps and needed to freeze her milk and have away to warm milk for bottles. It took 3 calls to get an electric kettle and they were not helpful with freezing things."

"If you are excited to visit the Big Apple and just have a place to crash Yotel will be one. Expensive, but that's it a place to crash. The front desk people only know to give you the Keys other things they will go away and make a call, and if you request the manager to show up, he will a sneaky and tip toe fleet the site. Definitely a bed in Manhattan managed by NON-Hospitality professionals"
