"This is a very weird place. The design is odd in general. It’s a bit run down. Huge parts of it seem to be in process of demolition. On one hand, it’s a ghost town. It does not seem like very many of the rooms or suites are inhabited. Yet the place is also teeming with Russians- and the stereotypes are true, Russians are, in general, cold and often come across as rude. This hotel catches this vibe.
The price we paid was amazingly cheap. But did not include access to the gym. Access to the gym...

"Fantastic location next to the water palace.
Breakfast: A nice 3 course daily breakfast was served in the Lotus Cafe, which has views of the water palace. Different style set menu options available including Indonesian, English, American, and vegan.
Water Palace: Guests at the hotel receive complementary access to the water palace and can see the evening show (7:30pm) from the restaurant. However, you will get a better view if you attend the show.

"This hotel was amazing!!!
We had the best experience we could have asked for.
Each night they arrange a different event for the guests, We had a BBQ on the beach one night and an acoustic performance finished with karaoke on our last night, which ended it perfectly.
The staff were ever so helpful and attentive, as well as extremely friendly and welcoming.
5 stars and would definitely stay again!"
