"We enjoyed our one-night stay at The Watermark hotel. The suite was spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was a little too soft for us but others may appreciate that. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and had a good quality to it. The location was also great and walkable. We would definitely stay here again. We did not make it to the fitness center or bar."

"A good place for an airport stop although we booked it thinking it was on site but it needed a taxi / transfer.
Staff were brilliant. Customer service excellent
Rooms were a bit tired especially the bathroom but as a place to stay when travelling would highly recommend"

"This is a very updated hotel in the Virginia vicinity of DC. The room was modern and very clean. It had modern facilities.
However parking relies on a third party app. After a long drive there, I could not get the app to work. It would not take my departure date and time. This caused much frustration and aggravation. They must make it easier to pay for parking or not charge hotel guests! ☹️"

"The hotel was very clean and the lobby area was very well maintained. I did not think some parts of the room were as well cared for, the decorative wallpaper was peeling off the wall in our room. The beds were very comfortable, but the AC seems to have a motion sensor so it will continue to cut off while you're sleeping; beware the summer months. The front desk was not always manned, but the valet staff was the absolute best I have ever experienced."

"Everything was great and the breakfast and daily reception were the best. The location was convenient for our trip to the DC area. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the indoor pool was closed for much of the day for baby swimming lessons."

"The person/company behind putting sliding glass barn doors on the bathroom to completely negate any privacy, along with not having exhaust fans in the bathroom are idiots. The electrical sockets do kit hold plugs well either."

"Unfortunately, my stay at the DoubleTree was negatively impacted by a troubling experience with the hotel shuttle service and the lack of follow-up afterward.
During the shuttle ride, the driver became involved in a verbal altercation with a passenger for no apparent reason. The interaction was aggressive and uncomfortable, creating an unsettling environment for everyone on board. Several passengers appeared shocked by the driver's behavior, and it left me feeling unsafe.
