"Two staff members knocked the door while there was a "do not disturb"sign one request to enter in to the room. Hope better training is required."

"We stayed at Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour for one night to celebrate my son’s birthday, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. There was no warm welcome on arrival, and no complimentary birthday treat or cake for the celebration. The room did not feel clean—the carpet was dusty, the bathroom had mould and an unpleasant smell, and one of the face towels had what appeared to be a red stain on it. We were also surprised that there was no complimentary bottled water or basic...

"A newly refurbished hotel. Great pricing and an amazing central location. Stayed in a queen room which was compact bur perfectly functional and clean and tidy. Rooms were nice and quiet. Bed and pillows comfortable. A supermarket, China Town and Paddy's market on your doorstep and a short walk from central station. Friendly staff on check in. Will return."
