"The Copley is centrally located. It’s an easy walk to Newbury street, lots of good coffee shops and restaurants to choose from. The staff was extremely helpful, warm and welcoming. The valet, though a different company, a little pricey and has a bunch of complaints on Google, were actually really nice, actively helpful, so much so that I opted to do the valet instead of parking across the street for $20 less. My real complaint is the beds: the first room I Was placed in, the bed really sunk when...

"This hotel is centrally located between Downtown and the Theater District. Easily walkable to all things downtown, theaters, The Boston Common, etc. Parking on site is a plus! The entire property is gorgeous and spotless, including our room. There is a wonderful water station by the lobby where you can select flavored watered, examples like watermelon and cucumber flavors! Staff are pleased and helpful. I’ve stayed in Boston many times and this hotel is by far my favorite so far. I will be back!"
