"Centrally located, beautiful property with well appointed units. The full kitchen + a combo washer-dryer was fantastic. The front office staff, especially Rodrigo, were welcoming and had super recommendations for local dining that did not disappoint. Will definitely stay here when visiting Lisbon next time. "

"We loved this hotel and its location. The rooftop pool deck is great. 1.5 mile walk to Cascais, beautiful beaches right across the street, the train station to go to Lisbon is a 4 minute walk, and an Uber ride to Sintra is just around $20. It really is a great hotel and location. "

"I liked the location and property. Stag were all helpful and courteous. Only negative is I felt the breakfast was a bit weak for the price. Also would have preferred coffee and cappuccino at my table instead of self serve."

You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
