"The lady at the front desk who’s name starts with T was very disrespectful to me when I tried to check in. I told her to speak respectfully to me and she refused to check me in. I tried to cancel the reservation on my phone but it said I needed to talk to the hotel. I went into the hotel and asked to cancel my reservation and she refused. I had to ask her to not raise her voice at me. I was only able to cancel without refund on the app. If you’re a poc beware!"
