"Liked the place front desk older gentleman was great but we we can back he yelled at us because we told him our tub in our room was definitely dirty . He raised his voice & said now what I’m busy with customers. We were not rude & willing to wait. He did finally get back with us & we had to move out of that room & liked our 2nd room much better. Stay was pleasant but late nighy gentleman was probably overwhelmed & tired. However, we would stay again! ;)"

"I would like to say that the property is in a great location as far as eating and shopping. Transportation comes right to the hotel from the airport. The breakfast is great and the hotel has a home vibe. We stayed 4 days and it was a great price. We did have some issues with the water pressure and also there were some ants at the sink when you turn on the faucet. "This hotel is amazing me and my family loved It only reason I am giving it 4 stars is that the first room they gave us had no a/c and my 5 month old was crying because of the heat. Staff was able to move us to another room which I appreciate but other than that I do recommend this hotel for families . Cleanliness is top notch the staff is friendly and it’s located in a good area."

"Fantastic comfortable and convenient stay during my husband’s spine surgery at Keck. My only complaint was not having access to a luggage cart when I checked out. I waited 4 hours and was unable to secure a cart. I was told the hotel had 5 of them. The desk staff was unable to or refused to help me. I finally was able to convince housekeeping to let me borrow a laundry cart. If the hotel put an air pod tracker on each luggage cart they could track where each cart was."

"Lobby was uniquely decorated with surfer vibe and cozy fire table that was inviting for an impromptu dinner. Outdoor patio was spacious with ample furniture for lounging. Room was clean and inviting for a restful sleep and hot shower before moving along to my next destination."
