"We loved the neighborhood. 5 min walk to Earl's Court station with many restaurants A 20 min walk to Natural History Museum and Victoria & Albert Museum. Great linens/beds. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting London."

"Pros: good location, AC works well which was a blessing during one of the hottest weeks recorded in London , sound insulation works well (quite rooms in spite of being right on the railway path), comfortable beds. Cons: needs serious deep cleaning , the stench hits you as soon as you step into the corridor to the elevator and into the rooms. Poorly maintained hotel overall and poor cleaning. Toilets have black fungus near wet areas, the bedroom had a living spider web above the TV wall cladding....

Unfortunately, communication was slow, with online responses taking around an hour, and different staff members quoted different upgrade fees, which was confusing. After upgrading, we encountered an issue with the room lock, leaving the room unsecured. Thankfully, nothing was lost, but it was concerning.
