"Every staff member we talked with was great… very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was wonderful… many very tasty options available! We will certainly stay here again next time we go to an Astros game."

"Be ready for surprise charges if you use expedia and stay at this hotel. The location was chosen because of convinece. It was already exapensive as is, but for the convinece of location, it was worth it. With that said, a surprise extra charge was issued. These expenses were not discussed before hand, with expedia stating in email everything had been paid for. These expenses were also not disscussed at check in. An individual staying here should be prepared to pay hidden fees and or expenses."

"Okay! We originally booked this place because it is in the middle of most of the places we were planning to go. We got there and the staff was very friendly and attentive. But this was not what we expected. The rooms are very spacious but immediately gave us that old New York apartment building vibe. Also, the parking garage is very low. If you have a SUV or lifted vehicle you might not fit. We are from California and a little boogie but please be mindful when you book this place."

"Joseph was the star of the place! He made the most delicious breakfast! The place is lovely, it just needs some deep cleaning. The carpet in our room was old and the outside of the bath tub was quite dirty. The light switches in the bedroom and bathroom need some cleaning. Over all it was a pleasant stay."

The property is described generally accurately but pictures are not entirely representative of the unit. There were several items in disrepair and the condition of the property is not good. "

"Owner claimed that credit card information from Expedia did not go thru, and cancelled my room without notification. Expedia showed room was still booked. Had to pay alot extra to get last minute room for 5 people. Worst experince ever with booking."
