"Our room was great and close to the city and the Melbourne Market. It was easy for us to park at Wilson Carpark only 2 doors away. We requested to get an early check in and that was easy too. Our host Ollie was there to meet us and explain the process with keys and how to get in after hours. Very happy with our choice. "

My issue was that reception told an external contractor my room was empty. Without knocking the contractors entered the apartment, as I was coming out the shower. "Stayed 1 night in Melbourne CBD. Had water leaking from upstairs room through the led downlight. Maintenance came in and removed the downlight and put a cup in its place. The following morning, cup overfilled and spilt onto friend whilst they were getting ready. Pull out sofa bed was also damaged upon arrival."
