"Great stay"

"Stated a week and enjoyed every second of it! Had some flight changes and ended up being allowed to check in early with no hassle. Everyone that works at this Hotel is amazing! From the front desk people, cooks, wait staff, bar staff, bartenders, kitchen staff, Chefs, managers and security, they are all extremely welcoming, knowledgeable of the Hotel and the area, always willing to help, give recommendations and a friendly smile to start your day. Room was great, bed was comfy, had zero issues...

"Hotel location was peaceful and the receptionist were very kind all the time. There is one time children room the light bulb went off so when we inform them..the action was fast. In the standard room the heater was slow and a bit old...so very noisy during night as we need it in winter time. Breakfast very simple and nice. Wi-fi was very good. Actually, first we did not get the wi-fi access as they said it's not in the package but we manage to show the booking confirmation that includes wi-fi...

"What a dump! In the heart of Double Bay sits an accommodation venue not fit for the homeless. Dirty, water dripping from ceiling in the room, filthy carpet, lumpy mattresses. Worth about $17 a night. Shut it down and build a McDonalds on the site!"
