"had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The hotel facilities were excellent, and the attention to detail throughout the property was impressive. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of food, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for...

"The front desk staff were very nice but the rest of the hotel was a disaster. Old, run down, very unclean, bad views, bedding old and dirty, refrigerator old and dirty, floors filthy, balcony falling apart. Lots of areas broken, rotted wood, bad painting etc. I was hoping breakfast would be better, it wasn’t. If this is the way the management group runs its other hotels be careful. This hotel was obviously a distressed asset bought at a bargain price but failed in doing proper renovations most...

"We loved the host at the front desk at check in. Our air unit did not work when we checked in and she moved us right away. The hotel is much more outdated than the pictures show. The rooms had a musty smell to them and the tubs were stained. For a very quick overnight stay it wouldn't be terrible but I wouldn't do much more than that for the price you pay."

"Staff was great - we did have an issue with plumbing in our first room and we were given the option of moving - stuff happens and staff's friendly attitude and quick attention made this into just a minor inconvenience.
Loved the breakfast - lots of kid friendly options and a few things rotated daily so there was always a nice selection. Staff was friendly and attentive constantly checking items
Beds were comfortable. AC was cold.
Pools clean with pool towels available

"Our restroom door did not lock. It’s a sliding door and one can hear everything inside the bathroom when lying outside in the bed. No ventilation fan and bathroom to help with ventilation and sound control.
Sometimes your guests stay with others that are not immediate family, and this sort of privacy is pretty important."
