"A bed, toilet, sink and shower. what else do you need?"

"The staff were very friendly and supportive. I needed to extend my room very late at night and they were so kind to do it for me. Location is great too. The only issue was that I found a bug on the bed sheet. The staff assured me that it’s not a bedbug and it’s a carpet bug! Anyhow I don’t think it’s appropriate to see a bug of any kind on the bed sheet. I ended up putting towels on the bed to able to lay down but it was not a good night sleep at all. I hope they can resolve the bug issue, then...

"The hotel is so well located in close proximity to many fine restaurants and taverns. Super convenient to the tube and train as well. Loved the bar associated with the reception area and the breakfast - fantastic!"
