"This hotel makes a Travelodge look like The Dorchester. While the ladies at reception and the cleaner were absolutely lovely and did their best to help, this is unfortunately the worst hotel I have stayed in within the UK. The first room I was allocated had an overwhelming sewage smell. The odour was so strong that I walked straight back out and returned to reception. "The room was generally clean, but the en-suite had quite a bit of mould across the ceiling and the shower felt cramped, despite the large cubicle, due to the shower itself being squashed into the corner of the cubicle.The furniture is somewhat 'distressed' , but the bed was very comfortable and the duvet was great.
