"The staff was excellent and helpful when our initial room was 7 floors up with no elevator. They were very helpful when they found us a room in the Phoenix, their primary hotel next door . The room there was excellent. This hotel has a lift and the breakfast room is in this building. Please note neither have air conditioning or a small bar fridge which would be nice to store some water bottles cold. The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to the underground and restaurants ."

"I had a wonderful stay at ND Hotel. The man on the desk was lovely, he went above and beyond to store my luggage prior to check in and then when I arrived later in the day to check in he had kindly taken my suitcase to my room. The room had all the basic facilities I needed: a fan and heater, a smart TV, a fridge. The only down side was the room was slightly dusty and could have done with a hoover and mop especially in places that were not initially visible by the eye eg under the bed. However,...

"The Hyde Hotel is certainly not luxurious but is, most definitely, very convenient and in a beautiful area of London. My room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a quite run down and a bit noisy but for the price it is very adequate."
