"So I chose this hotel only because it was last minute and pricing was durable. On arrival I noticed the outside of the building looked crazy but I tried to look past that (they are building on to the property) staffing was beyond helpful. The room reeked of smoke smell , carpet was not vacuumed, outside of the toilet had not been properly wiped. My bathroom didn’t come with a blow dryer waited an hour for one. "Hotel was clean and in a good location. There were no coffee makers in rooms and no ice machine on the property. When I asked at checkout as I was packing up, the staff told me there was an ice cube tray in my freezer. Would have been helpful the night before so I could have filled it up and had at least a few cubes of ice for the road! There was only one push button coffee machine in the lobby and the sugar and cream options were the most basic I have ever seen. It was pitiful. Other than that...

"Everything was fine except for the housekeeping service. Kept having to chase them down to service our room. The language barrier made it difficult to communicate what we wanted done. One night the front desk gave us sheets to change our own bed. That was ridiculous. You stay at a hotel, you think you should not have to make your own room up..."

"Check-in was tedious, granted it was late night(actually early morning, 1-130am), booking was via Travago via Expedia and all my info entered on line prior to arriving had to be re-entered at check-in.
Upon entering the room the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling loosely and I was unable to secure it to the ceiling. Toilet was not working as the tank was draining the water and first flush proved no water in tank, Removed tank top and just left it on floor so I could manually fill tank...
