"Gute, für Londoner Verhältnisse günstige Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten eher schmal, aber ausreichend. Das breitere der beiden Betten war für zwei Personen gedacht, hatte aber nur eine Decke. Es war aber kein Problem eine weitere zu bekommen. Es gab rund um die Uhr gratis Kaffee, Tee und Milch. Receptionist was the rudest man I have met, he must have watched Fawlty Towers thinking it was a training video for hotel managers. Very narrow stairs might be a problem for older guests with heavy luggage."

"We were allowed to check in a little early and the location was great but everything else was very bad. The room was dirty, especially the carpet which wasn't even on the photos. The walls were cracked. The shower was clogged and dirty. There was no place to put a suit case and no hangers or anything for your clothes.
