"The hotel is situated approximately 150 feet from an 8 Lane Freeway not a great place if you’re a light sleeper even with earplugs I had phoned the hotel before booking and they assured me it was quiet inside and then they refused to refund my money for the remainder of my stay so I can move somewhere else so all in all not very happy with the experience"

"The staff was great and helped me when my reservation got cancelled. I was given a room but when we went to the room the door wouldn't work and we ended up having to go to the front desk a total of three times before we got assigned to another room. My nephew went with the staff to the new room then came back to me and told me he saw a creepy crawler and ran it by me first. I didn't have many options so I sucked it up and went into the room. "The room was disgusting stinky there’s nothing red plus about it. Overpriced for this room room was dirty. We were short on towels. Bedsheets are dirty hair was clearly that they never washed the bedsheets. I was disgusted. I was just so tired. I didn’t wanna argue with the staff. The staff was great.
