"Single elevator working during my visit - pretty slow.
Minimalistic rooms - hard flooring, no fridge.
There is a cozy tv viewing area in the downstairs area which was nice.
Good location near Broadway and Flushing Ave. in Brooklyn."

"Overall this stay was fine. Nice bed and clean. Expect a small room. Very close to Union station stop. The noise really got to me by the last day. The front desk running the vacuum at 7:30 am after a night of people coming home at 11, 2 am, 4am and starting to leave for their day at 6 am. The doors are a heavy slam. I was in a room on the same floor as the front desk and I could hear everything they say at that desk. It was a no sleep weekend until I found my earplugs."

"This is my second stay at this hotel. We had a pleasant experience about six years ago, but this time the hotel seemed very run down. The towels and linens were extremely thin and did not look clean, and the room did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. Breakfast was awful. Unfortunately, everything that made our previous stay enjoyable was missing this time, except for the location."

"The room was very clean and well-presented. A little smaller then I thought it would be but great nonetheless. The walls are thin so be mindful of that.
The front desk and serving staff were very helpful. It was nice to be able to grab a full breakfast every morning.
Location gets a 10/10 for me. Close to subway, restaurants and lots of shops. Very easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again."
