"The front office needs to be tidy。I saw the restaurant check out desk was a mess. I was dining in one night, and they would took dishes or objects in front of me, but without asking me first, which is rude. The guys at front door area were nice but their uniform were loose and unfit, no spiritual expression. Plus , they were a little old, although this is not an important issue. The hotel check in and check out service were excellent. People were polite, efficient, and very accurate! I rate them the best! Too many tourists were taking photos in the lobby, and they are too loud. A customer"

"The hotel is designed with efficiency, we would stay again if we come back to Taipei. The proximity to the red line subway is very helpful when traveling with public transit. The room was very clean and bathroom as well, the water pressure was amazing. Tim, on Night Shift was very friendly and helpful, so was everyone we met at reception. We had a nice stay and do not have anything negative to say. Thank you Via Hotel! "

"Fantastic 5 star hotel that’s well located. We got a large family connecting room and enjoyed having 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room. Only the carpet needs replacement like other reviews have already stated. Would stay again."

"Wonderful breakfasts, great location. Used the airport transfer (they charged slightly more than advertised, but it was very good) - TPE is messy to get taxis, so that worked well. Really nice room, very very good service."
