"The staff was excellent! Especially during the Tsunami warnings. I watched as they stayed calmed and urged customers to come indoors from the pool area. As we were getting the warnings on our phones. The restaurant staff kept us informed. A special Thank you to Sayaka for answering our questions, setting up our golf tee time and spa appointments and even mailing a package for me! Thank you to Iwase for my wonderful massage he was very professional and Maria for my facial! 2 days of feeling special! Our waiter at Sawa Restaurant was patient at explaining our food. He suggested the Lobster with Uni sauce, my favorite after eating everything! "

"Great experience and lovely resort to stay. Public bath was amazing and the buffet breakfast was delicious. The only improvement we would recommend was better AC to cool the room (424), and coffee."
