"The Tea Cozy Hotel was recommended to us by someone who lives in China and has been here several times - it was a great recommendation. My wife, daughter and I stayed at the TC for 6 nights in April. The hotel is a small, privately owned, establishment; it is clean, comfortable and has a delightful pool. The food is great and good value (as are the beer and wine), and the location of the hotel is very convenient for the river, walks and Jangshuo. But the best thing about the hotel is the staff - every member of staff we met was helpful, good humoured, charming and spoke good English. The service was very helpful and personal. Strongly recommended."

"We were greeted by the very friendly staff. They suggested local activities and facilitated our access to them. The property has an incredibly peaceful feeling. Genuine Chinese style reflected through every detail. While leaving the hotel very early in the morning, the chef prepared us boxed breakfast to go.
