Convenient location in Chinatown walkable to many good restaurants. Told the staff that our flight would arrive pass check in time and they waited for us with no problem.

Good price for a comfortable hotel
This was a nice hotel and the breakfast was great. We liked the room very much. Its not in “tourist central” but was still easily walkable. The markets in the streets around the hotel were fascinating but it did make walking anywher slow going at times

Good location, comfortable room (our had a jacuzzi style tub), really good breakfast if you don't expect a lot of American /European selections. Front desk receptionists where ok. Other stuff where helpful. Small but nice exercise room. Excellent massage.

Wow...I love this hotel..right in china town which make all easy for exploring. Very..very good service and nice brake fast. One of their Guest Services staffs,Han Nyunt is very helpfully, he suggested places to go and fun. I will always come here anytime in Yangon.

Absolute wonderful stay at this a Hotel. Made very welcome and the Hotel is very central to everything. Stayed there December 2019 and returning 11 January 2020 for another ten nights. Rooms very big and spacious and cleaned every day.

First, to set expectations, this is an older property that has received a lot of recent attention. Some floors look great, others still need attention. Overall, I was very happy with my room. They should look to their windows as a major renovation. As is, they do bleed heat (which costs them) and they allow a lot of the street noise in. The staff are wonderful, and very attentive to your needs. The breakfast is quite good, and contains local attractions. The location is what rules here, as you are - as you would expect - on the doorstep of Chinatown. And don't forget the kitchenwares market is just around the corner. Overall, good value for money in Yangon.

Room with balcony top floor was good. Spacious. Breakfast selection was ok. But the elevator is rather small and there is only one lift serving the full 14 floors; thumbs down on this.

We arrived to the hotel in the middle of the day and the girl at the reception barely spoke English. Fortunately the bellboy were speaking English and helped to translate in both directions. I showed my Diamond select status and the girl changed the room to another one. We received a very basic room and I cannot imagine what room we would get from the beginning. Anyways this room was not suitable and I asked for the upgrade. This time there was another girl on the reception that spoke a quit good English. She told that the upgrade is the subject of availability and the rooms that one and two categories higher are booked. But they have a room 3 categories higher that will cost me only $15 more because of the Diamond select. I agreed to the deal since I didn't have too much options. The upgraded room was pretty big and clean. The bed was good to sleep. The breakfast was OK, but don't expect too much from it. I would call the hotel pretty tired, but maybe it was renovated in this way. The location seems to be in the center, but the are itself around the hotel maybe not the best one in the city.

The quietest china town area I ever see. The internet access always intermittent and not recommend to business trip people. I send out the review successfully after few times tried. Only 1 left in the hotel so sometimes need to wait. Facilities is not new, shower, TV are not so new. TV even got a bright spot. Aircon need to be keep on always to keep the room cool. It's not central control AC. The price is still consider cheap.

Like that there are 2 guards standing to guard the main door, the accommodating staff, neighbourhood with lots to see, relatively good breakfast spread, etc. Just that the infrastructure may not great eg small rooms, thin walls, dated rooms, entrance to the bathroom in the rooms is not levelled properly which may be a safety hazard, etc.
