I arranged a late check in at short notice and I could not be happier with the service and welcome I received. Email confirmation was followed up with a detailed and prompt SMS. The staff were so friendly, making me feel welcome. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip. Thank you.

Check in was nice and easy! Staff were lovely. However upon entering the room, the tables were dirty, I needed to wipe them over myself. The bath was full of mould. The vent above the shower would leak quite profusely. There is a drain in the court yard , surrounding the drain was a big hole, my toddlers leg fell in it, it was quite deep. Wouldn’t stay again.

Stayed two nights in late Nov 2023. Toilet was very slow in refilling after flushing and dripped audibly on and off during the night. Heard a couple of trains go past during the night and security lights on verandah made it difficult to completely darken room. I would choose to stay at premises again.

We stayed in this property with my daughter's soccer team during their tournament. The place is well-kept with a resort-type feel in the courtyard and the pool area. Check-in was a breeze and the reception staff was friendly. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I will definitely come back to this property next season.

We loved our stay here. Zac the caretaker manager was awesome. The bed was lovely & soft rather than like concrete. The only downfall was no maintenance man. Our light switch broke & we had to remove the globe as there was no one to fix it, our balcony door didn’t lock but we could chain it. Lovely property in general though. Could do with solar heating on pool.

A great stay… room lovely clean(although a couple of little issues) that I let reception know of…the 2 staff members I had contact with were equally lovely…I really couldn’t fault the place…& having friends & family on the C.C we will be spending more time there…

When arrriving at the property it is between a train track and a highway you dont hear to much from the highway but the train track noise is bad. There was a dirty tissue in our bed. The pool was veru bad falling appart wise tiles have fallen off everywhere and they have just placed them around the pool very dangerous as they move, the pool isnt very clean and the area around the pool has rubbish everywhere and the pool cleaning equipment had been thrown outside of the store room for the pool with door open very messy. There was rubbish in the actual hallway bit up from us that was never cleaned up the whole time we where there.

This property has potential but needs some work done on it to bring it back to it's former glory. It certainly would be a good idea that all rooms have a table and chairs provided so guests can sit down and relax to have a meal or drinks or for any other purpose. It's disappointing when their website photos show rooms having table and chairs and then finding there is none. There should be a minimum of two chairs and a table.
