"We had a wonderful stay and the lady at reception was super sweet and gave us directions on how to get to the sights. She also printed out a bus timetable so we would know what bus to take back to the airport since times are different on the weekends. The rooms were nice and clean. We will stay there again when we come back. "

"Rather than get up very early on a Monday to get to Heathrow, we decided to book a room at the Aerotel. It took some time to find the hotel after disembarking from the Heathrow Express. First there are signs, then there aren't signs so you keep walking and hope you can find it. Seeing the final sign at the entrance was a relief. The "lobby" opens right into terminal 3. Check in was lovely, a very nice woman helped us. We had a "family room" with 2 beds and I found the size adequate for two people and 3 large bags. The room was set up with complimentary waters, instant coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. There were also some sandwiches and snacks available for purchase in the lobby. The room was quiet, which was great for our needs. As others have mentioned, there are two green lights in the ceiling and they were a bit distracting. There are no windows, but not a great loss as we just needed to sleep. Beds were comfortable, Towels were very nice, unexpectedly so. Unfortunately the body wash was out in the shower, a minor inconvenience. Getting to terminal 2 was over 20 minutes of walking from the hotel so keep that in mind as you time your departure. "
