"Loved staying here from the winding, single lane roads to the wonderfully laid out rooms. Staff were very friendly and I loved the unique fan placement on the wall directed exactly where I wanted it to be. Great night's sleep followed by a lovely cooked breakfast to get the day started right"

"We have stayed at this hotel numerous times now it’s are go to hotel when down visiting family in south ockendon it’s perfectly situated to the motorway lakeside and railway stations this time we were pleasantly surprised that all the rooms are being re done also bar area the new rooms look great there comfortable clean and have everything you need can’t wait to visit again for the final finish also if you want warm welcoming and happy experience this hotel is a must the staff make it Allways a smiling face "
