The hotel had excellent food, staff service and amazing view rooms. My only complain would be the fact that the rooms need to probably have a humidifier during colder months (like now it is autumn and the temperature at night is below 5 celcius. I found the room very dry causing poorer sleep at night. You also cannot humidify it while showering with the door open as the steam causes the fire alarm to set off.

Nice old building. Clean. Very close to train station, about 5 min. by walking, Helpful staff. Top floor rooms have danger of one hitting his head to the ceiling due to steep decline of roof top. (Snow)

This hotel is located in Wengen, which is car-free village, but easily accessible with a train from Lauterbrunnen. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. We booked a room overlooking the mountains and the views were spectacular. The hotel also has a great restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Highly recommended this hotel and location.
