Renovations had commenced. We got shut on 3rd floor on the first evening with no means of fire escape as hardboard floor for building works had wedged corridor door closed. No phones in room but luckily had a mobile to phone externally so receptionist could come and free the door so we could access stairs or lift and leave the building for our evening meal. Electrics not working properly. Items wouldn’t charge. Safe in room was broken and had to be replaced on second day with valuables kept in paper envelopes at reception desk for first day/night. Limited breakfast. Room not cleaned properly, cups not washed etc. Limited tea and coffee. No milk in rooms and none available at reception. All in all a really poor show for a radisson hotel. Charged €60 for transport from airport arranged by hotel. Driver came into reception and discreetly gave receptionist a cash ‘backhander’. Uber return to the airport was €32. Vienna itself is a lovely city and well worth a visit but stay somewhere else.

We loved out stay at the Hotel Rathauspark. It is ideally situated, within walking distance of many attractions, and the staff were superbly friendly and helpful. Even though a part of the facility was undergoing renovation we did not experience noise or inconvenience, except that the lounge area was not available. Breakfast was sumptuous. Shoutout to Kain who always greeted us with a warm smile.

The hotel itself was lovely. However the exterior and interior are both under construction. The hotel did contact me and advised me of this on advance. It is situated in an excellent location for transportation to the main sights via the tram system and there are two sightseeing bus stops very close to the hotel.

Great location!
Great location, very easy to travel to and from! Located on a quiet street close to a beautiful catherdral. I booked the single economy room and it matched expectations. Other reviews complain thats it's small and dated but I found it fine, it is on the smaller side but depending on the type of traveller you are, thats fine. The hotel is a base for me and I intend to spend my time elsewhere so for that, it was perfect. I'm a big guy and found it fine, the bathroom was the only "issue" as the shower cobicle was the size of me but I made do.

We like the location of the property. It is convenient and close to the city center. We walked everywhere. The breakfast is decent too. The staff has been helpful as well. We enjoyed our stay.

For a start, the atmosphere of the room was bad, because the first impression was of the room, in a first class hotel, was not pleasant. First, the bathroom very small, but is Ok, We only had one hand towel and one of foot towell. The decoration was the worst, the window curtain was broken and couldn’t be move to close or open. And most basic thing in a hotel room, comfort for guests, the bed in a very strange position , with the headboard next to the longest part of the bed and one of the corners outside the wall. (I have photos if anyone in administration wants to see the room that I talking about). After my complaint, of course, they gave us a real hotel room and no complaints about it. But, the first impression counts.

The standard room is tiny and furnished with outdated furniture and beds/mattresses. The bathroom is extremely small and equipped with a whimsical size shower. The location of the hotel is central. Overall, the hotel is not a luxury hotel, it is however clean and the location is good.

Central hotel with super friendly team ⭐️
Perfect location for Christmas markets. Clean room with all facilities needed Super friendly staff who were very helpful and informative. Willi gave us lots of travel information and super restaurant recommendations which boosted our stay. Special treats from the team were an added bonus - hand made biscuits were gorgeous!! Will return again for sure.

It is a basic hotel and the standard 2 bed - room was small but had a desk, coffee & tea maker, fridge, safe and ample closet space. The small bar made great coffees in the mornings and they always had fresh apples. I would stay here again.

This was a short but sweet stay. My room was easily the smallest hotel room I’ve ever seen/stayed in (almost hilariously so, especially considering the price) but it was fine for my needs. The location was perfect for the Christmas market and wonderfully walkable for the ring road and all the major sights. The staff were friendly and helpful but beware of their recommendations… they sent me for the most expensive and unimpressive breakfasts I’ve ever had in my life. Otherwise, a perfectly fine stay in a convenient location.

I did not like the fact that the body wash was also the shampoo. I have never stayed at a hotel that did not provide a shampoo, especially one affiliated with a Radisson. I also did not like the hand held shower head. You could not turn the shower on unless you were in the shower because the water would spray the entire bathroom. It was also inconvenient holding the shower head and trying to get the liquid soap out of the dispenser.

Standard room was awful not worth the money we paid at all, not renovated they did fill the soap and the shampoo since first day we came till we left the reception staff are not helpful at all they don’t even try to answer your question with a bad attitude not recommended At All

Great location. Transportation is easily accessible. Many dining options around. Only cons were that the picture online were nothing like the rook we stayed in. The floors are creaky and the walls are very thin (you can hear most things around you). The shower was awful, the shower head hardly stood up right and when it did it would shoot at the doors and leak out of the shower, making the entire floor wet. Most Staff were friendly and went out of their way to help; such as offering to find weekend laundry services and printing train tickets for us!

Vienna weekend in December
Not what I had hoped for...had specifically asked for a quiet room...was on the first floor at the front.. a party at the University on the friday night required police intervention to turn the noise down.not fault of the hotel but not helpful or apologetic. room was clean, but very standard and the wardrobe area would be far more use in the area of the bedroom which was not spacious.

The room has everything you need but the furniture configuration is not good for two people. No room for toiletries in the bathroom. The shower is tiny and if the door is pushed out water gets all over the floor. The refrigerator is not running at a safe temperature. Location is not ideal for most things.

Most staff pleasant and helpful. One person, Ananda, went above and beyond in arrsnging airport transfer and answering questions. One incident concerned me, but I was reassured by Ananda.

The bathroom was so small you could not shower without hitting your elbows. I you were a large person you would not be able to use the bathroom at all. We ask to be relocated but we were told they were not able to accommodate our request.

We loved this hotel. The staff were very helpful (one even helped us order pizza delivery!) we paid to have a bigger room and were happy that we did. It was very comfortable. The location was perfect for us- close to the center and to the Christmas markets- as well as some great restaurants. They also assisted us with arranging transportation to/from the airport. We would definitely stay here again. There were a couple of things to note: 1) our room adjoined another with a door and we could hear the couple staying there when they were talking- not sure if they were loud talkers but if sound is an issue for you- ask not to have an adjoining room. We did not have that same issue with the room in the other side. 2) the shower water temperature varied widely during a shower which was a little annoying but not a deal breaker. These are small things but it’s good to know. Overall, we recommend this hotel highly!!

The staff were excellent, very polite and helpful at all times. Hotel ideally located for the Christmas Markets and a 20 minute walk to the centre and the Spanish Riding School, really enjoyed our stay
