The hotel was run down and dilapidated. Fixtures like light fittings and other electrics were not in good condition. Staff were really friendly but the condition of the hotel was so poor it should be rated as 1 star not three

Being on a main road the noice from outside is very loud. The hotel should really invest in new windows since the ines the currently have are fairly old. Also the tv doesn't work properly as apparently being close to a train interferes with the ariel. I think the hotel failed to invest in new tvs giving the recent change in the arial system in italy. Also the volume of the tv is extremely low if you are lucky enough to be able to watch something for more than 2 minutes. Breakfast on the poor side too everything is sewwr and the parties are of bad quality. Shame because the hotel could actually have a lot of potential

very small toilet
smallest toilet I have ever been. The bowl is not just in front of me, it’s too near my knees are hitting the sink. shower is too narrow, my elbow is hitting the walls!

A great spot in Mestre station
The room was pleasant, clean and rather spacious, with everything working well. Location was very convenient just five minutes walk from Mestre train station, a rather convenient solution than the most expensive Venice options. Breakfast finishes at 09:30 which is too early for a holiday and check out at 10:00 which again I find too early. Internet was good except Saturday that they said it was fully booked so didn’t quite work . Overall a good option for its category.

Conveniently located and decently looking hotel
Considering the nice price I paid, I can live with the imperfections of my room like non-opening window (but that wasn't such a bad idea, because it was a ground floor room facing the parking, and it had air conditioning, which compensates enough) or the room "shape" (long and narrow) - and of course this was OK for a one night during a long layover, not for a longer stay. What I particularly didn't like, was the check-out time - while not everywhere the standard 12:00 is honored, still 10:30 is a bit too early. But that was something one can live with, especially when in Venice. Again for a first time I was asked to pay a small fee for storing my luggage for a few hours after check-out, but again, considering the room price this was hardly a problem. The best thing however is the location - 5 minutes walk from Mestre train station and 1 minute from a bus stop taking you to the bus station in Venice in less than 20 minutes, every 15 minutes. I really hope they also have more normal rooms, because the hotel actually looks nice, and I could say it even has some style.

Perfecto, el Hotel lindo, limpio y ordenado. El cuarto cómodo. Pero me molestó que tuve que pagar €1 por dejar mis maletas en el lobby ya que el check in era a las 3pm y llegué a las 10am. Entiendo que siendo cliente y que pagué un cuarto con ellos no cobren dicho cargo. Nunca me había pasado en ningún hotel. De lo demás super bueno. Gracias.

The property is very good for the price and stuff is also very helpful. However, there might be communication issues with the booking agencies. I booked the room with breakfast and when I arrived at the hotel they argued that the breakfast was not included. In the end they of course let me have by breakfast but I did not want to have to fight for it.

This Property shouldn’t be recommended by Expedia, Is Very Unkempt And Dirty. I was checked in in and the 2 rooms were in unacceptable conditions. Spider Webs on ceilings, Filthy Brd Covers disintegrated some type of sugary dust over the sheets. Air conditioning didn’t work they had a standing fan on the room. There too much to write, but I’m stopping here. I Feel Victimized by this Awful Experience Bu The Worst Is That I Had My Granddaughter With Me she’s 8 years old. And I wanted to be a Great Experience For Her. Next Time Make Sure TheHotels You Book Have St Least Cleanliness . I Would Have payed more for a better hotel.

Great location. 5 minute walk from Mestre train station. Bus stop outside door (5 minute ride to Venice). However, the front desk staff was terrible. They went out of their way to be as rude and unhelpful as humanly possible. Rooms were clean but stuffy air quality. A ventilation + AC fan was there but not in operation. Front desk staff said it couldn't be turned on and no fan was available. Opening the window meant that mosquitoes attack you all night.

Overall a nice stay
Good position at the back of the train station, less than 5 minutes walk (exit station from rear entrance in the underpass) Hotel rooms are a little tired but serviceable. Lots of hot water, WiFi not bad. Room soundproofing not great. Hotel restaurant very good for the reasonable price. Dinner 12.50 fixed menu.

The bed is a broke down cot. Back still hurts
It’s close to a train station, and the bus stopped at train station, and a really good market is 15 minute walk. The first market you see is an African market. No offense intended to anyone, but it wasn’t for me. Cleanliness was a tiny bit better than the place before, but I still carry Lysol wipes with me. The worse part was the bed. An old spring mattress, but not a “box spring”. I enclosed a photo. Two beds in the room and one was much worse than the other. Squeaking and broken down the middle. My back hurt just after sitting on it, much less sleeping. Large groups of Asians on buses coming and going, so they made a lot of noise. Again, the worst thing was the bed.

No air circulation, did not turn on air/heat to circulate air on request, staff said many excuses, one being they were broken but we saw other guest adjusting their air thermostats. No fan in the room either. Had to open window to active street on bus route. Many mosquitoes since there is no screens on windows. Mold in shower.

Not my best choice
The hotel was easy to find and convenient. The price was good, the staff was pretty good and the breakfast was about the same as the other hotels we stayed at. The elevator was tiny, the AC didn't blow cold air, it blew warm cool air. (And that's how it is supposed to be according to the front desk). The room I had had a cracked shower door, slightly plugged shower drain, now shelf for shampoo and a toilet that put your legs under the sink when sitting on it. The bidet was easily accessible, but the toilet was not at all. The bed covering was course like a burlap sack. Not too stylish or comfortable but we kicked it off in an attempt to keep cool since the air conditioning didn't work very well.

Convenient budget hotel
I stayed twice in July. The rooms I stayed in were basic, but comfortable with decent air con. The breakfast buffet was also pretty basic, but ok for 5 euro. I think this is a good budget hotel only 5 to 10 minutes walk from Mestre bus and train stations.

First Venice visit.
The hotel have a private parking and it’s close to the train station. The room had air conditioner, but did not cool making our stay uncomfortable. The rooms are loud and can hear next rooms and people moving chairs in the first floor. The included bfast was good and location.
