Air conditioning did not work. Had to open the window to let cool air in and in return the mosquitoes came in. There is no free breakfast. It's 10.50 Euro per person for breakfast. There is also no free shuttle to the airport which is only 15 mins away. Cost of a taxi to the airport was 55 Euro. It would actually be cheaper transport to stay at a hotel on the island part of Venice and take the water bus to the airport for cheaper. Bed was uncomfortable with hard springs. The only plus side was our room was clean.

Liked the staff welcome message. Staff is very helpful as they answered all queries patiently and with clarity. Shuttle service is excellent and Holiday Inn must continue it as it is very useful. Breakfast was excellent with so much variety. This is the very first time I have seen Hotel staff offering shaving Razor, foam, paste happily and free of charge. Overall, I will and would love to book Holiday Inn in every cointry where we will plan for Holidays and it is available. Excellent service model and very pleasing staff. Thanks a lot to Holiday Inn Manager and all staff for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Om

This is just a classic American style Holiday Inn, perfect for a few nights stay. Very clean and good service. The hotel is about a 10-12 minute walk from the bus that takes you into Venice. Alot of people leave reviews saying that it is a falsley advertised, and that the bus stop is very far, and that is true if you use Google maps, however if you go through the back parking lot it cuts the walking time by 80% and it is actually quite short. Ask the front desk and they will give you a map to the bus stop and even sell you tickets for 1.5 euro. Overall it was a great experience, and I would recommend this place.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and we had a very nice time. Our room was always tidy, and the front desk personnel were most helpful with arranging shuttles, taxi's, etc. Anything we needed, they were happy to help! The only thing we were disappointed with was the air conditioning. It wouldn't cool down as much as we would have liked, but other than that, we have absolutely no complaints.

I will never return to Mestre Venice ever again. Room was leaking water, smelt awful, breakfast was not edible, staff were no help.

Good solution to stay and visit Venice
Nice modern and clean hotel situated at several km from Venice. Offers shuttles to/from Venice at 9 euro. Unfortunately you must announce the returning time. Breakfast very good and personnel amiable.

our stay & the place was good.. it was just hard to find the place, it took us >2hrs finding the place, there are 3 Del Foro streets.

It was air conditioned and the room had a lot of amenities. However some of the staff were rude because we did not speak Italian and the “double” bed was just two twin beds shoved together.

The staff tried to charge me to take my one year old on the shuttle to Venice when someone else from the hotel emailed me days prior letting me know my 1 year old does not have to pay. Also they tried to over charge me to call a taxi.

Bedrooms were not very clean, hair in the wash basin as soon as we went in. Bedrooms ok, not perfectly clean. Good breakfast. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff rude and not very accommodating.

I liked the fact there were adjoining rooms with three singles in one. This suited my family. The shuttle transportation to Venice city was great. But would have preferred lower costs. Also the time between 11am and 3pm is too long for departures you need time slots between around 12 or 1pm.

Pathetic hotel
Pathetic location, pathetic service, overpriced, staff does not understand proper english. Had a real tough time because of all these factors. Would never come back. Stay away guys if you can.

Hotel at large traffic circle: you are either going to nearly get in an accident arriving or having to navigate a longer route when you depart because crossing the traffic circle is a major headache. Don’t understand why parking is not free.
