Great stay for our early morning flight! It was exactly what we needed before flying out. Close to bus stop (5, 19) from Venice bus terminal (25minutes journey / €1.50 - buy at Tabacchi). Host was responsive and sent us instructions for our late check in. They also kindly arranged a taxi (€30) for us in the morning for our early flight (5mins drive). Remember to have cash to pay city tax. We didn't stay long so could not speak about the area. The room was beautiful in true venetian style and very spacious (and romantic), as well as a great bathroom. Only thing to mention is the window was left open in the bathroom so it was very cold when we came and the bathroom floor is quite cold regardless (have some slippers if you're an early bird in the colder months). Be careful with shower cubicle door, it doesn't fully align when closed and you'll end up with a wet floor. A coffee machine/kettle would have been an added bonus but we survived. Shame we didn't get to try the ice cream next door

Beautiful!
This hotel, located on a bus route to Venice, was conveniently located, beautifully decorated and a delight to stay in. The owner/manager was exceedingly friendly and helpful to us in arranging our stay and transportation. The room was large and beautiful, clean and comfy. Whether you are staying one night or a week, this is a beautiful place to call home.

We send you Auto check in instruction, so why you need some one in front desk. If you need front desk than do check in before 24.00. In summer you need blanket but AC was maximum in your room. Though in your room there was 1 sheet and one duvet cover. Not ready to control AC in room but need winter blanket , Funny people. Feel Inn

The hotel is 8 minutes to Marco Polo airport by car which is good. The room was fine for a night or two, and the price was right. They arranged a cab to pick us up at 4am to get us to the airport. A coffee maker in the room would be my only complaint, but I’d probably stay here again.

Affordable place 10 minute bus drive from the airport, close to the bus stop (5,15), convenient for overnight transitions. If you plan to take a bus to the airport, buy your ticket in Venice for 1.50. Here, you can get it only at the tabaccheria for 10 euro.

Baby Joseph,Total area is under CCTV coverage, almost 3 hotel within 100 meter distance from our hotel. But you feel unsafe. So I will suggest you don't travel along. You have psychological problem.

The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. If you look at the Google reviews for this property, she is laughing and threatening everyone that leaves an honest negative review. I had a horrible experience with their customer service which led to me leaving and checking out 10 minutes after arrival. The owner bragged about keeping my money and rebooking the room right after. Very dishonest and unprofessional. The owner then threatened to call their lawyer and local authorities if I don't remove my review within 48 hours. Overall I would not give any money to this company, the Sheraton 10 minutes away was wonderful, clean, and people were actually there and working.

This is one, no show client. No common sense how to do check in or may be lack of proper education or never stayed in high secured hotel before. Entered our hotel just like a theft. Ours one valuable client going outside and he entered. I mean no commonsense. We also talk with Expedia agency , how a person give review without staying our hotel.

Very clean, staff very friendly.I’m one week we traveled around Italy, France and Switzerland and came back to sleep the last night in this Hotel again. With family approval. Venice Bus passes in front of the Hotel every 20 minutes and maybe a 10-15 minute ride. When you pick up the bus by the hotel was always free, coming back is 1€ (euro) a person. You buy the tickets 40feet across where the bus stops. Bus is #5. We will stay here again when we come back.

My wife and I stayed here 1 night after flying into Venice. It was a short drive to get there and the staff were very communicative and flexible. We had a delayed flight and they were very helpful through WhatsApp. They even upgraded our room for us which was so nice and we had a good bed and spacious room. Exactly what we needed for 1 night. It is great as an airport hotel and it’s close to a bus stop to go into the island but otherwise not much tourist stuff near by. But it was exactly what we needed.

The worst i ever experience. 1. i booked due there advertisement Airport Shuttle what they refuse and say orbitz did it. Even on the website the offer this. ok we take a bus and in the early morning a taxi. 2. with many luggage or handicap you have a problem due he fact you have to move all up 3 stairs. 3. Somebody then make the check in process in a room with copy of the passport on his private cellphone and not normal paper copy - unusual 4. The room is very hot and full covered windows. By removing the cover to open the window surprise in the bathroom aggressive mold and in the living room covered with paint. 5. The AC is working only noisy like a permanent running engine. On Sleeping was not even to think. For this we called all hotel around to possible move only most no respond due closed or sold out. So we decided to stay out of the room as long we could and even the 5 hours at night impossible to sleep due the bad air by possible spreading the mold with the AC. I complete went sick and was at ariving in Madrid due big issues with breathing in the hospital to get some medicamentation. All what we experience we recorded by Foto and video and will report this asap to the authorities in Venice where give this .... a working permission. This "Hotel" not have to mention the name luxury rooms or anything to host travelers and we hope it get investigated. The funny part is to read other reviews where i cant believe that all other rooms would be luxury or hostable

After reading your review a big big laugh on my face. 1st of all as I saw you are a Aesmatic patient. Our hotel floor is covered with carpet. So i think its not good for your body. We don't provide any shuttle service, check again with your agency. Before booking next time check properly whether hotel has carpet or not. May be your experience was not good this time because of your present health condition. But our others client review is very good. It was written clearly on hotel description about not having an elevator. There's only 2 sets of stair. So why complaining right now??? AC is completely okay. Just because we didn't provide a free shuttle service and you couldn't save 20 euro, that's why, your aim was to badmouth our hotel. Just to save 20 euro you being crazy now telling you wanted to book another hotel. OHH God what a jokes....!!

standard hotel room that was clean with good amenities! there is no AC, which we didn’t realize before we booked - it gets extremely hot and there is only a small ceiling fan. besides that, the room was great, just hot!

We are USA citizens and booked this hotel months in advance for our family trip for 3 nights and paid for this hotel, and it clearly said that we need to pay $9.90 at the property. When we got there they asked us to pay 16.80 Euros as city tax instead of $9.90 and that too in cash only, We had no cash on hand and they would not accept card payment; they also would not wait until check out and demanded to pay at the time of check-in and no later than next morning. We had to find a place to withdraw money and gave them. They also laid out many restrictions like no take-out food to room and no room make up everyday etc... while these are not mentioned while booking. I would not trust this place as they make their rules on the fly and baseless.

Okay,If you are USA citizen or Indian citizen does not matter to us. All of our clients has the same value to us, does not matter from which country they belong.It's an hygiene issue. as our room has carpet floor, when you bring food to the room, ants and other insects accumulate on the floor. this restriction is for everyone not only for you.so room is clean for the next client.city tax is for municipality not for us. so its okay to pay by cash. client in our hotel make their check out really early in the morning as they catch early flight.that's why we always prefer to clear all the bill. so during check out they are hassle free.why don't you mention about the invoice that you wanted immediately not giving enough time to prepare.!!!Double standard!!

A nice little find
Lovely hotel, but a little misleading until you get to your room. The ascent to the lobby is scary...dated and dumpy. No a/c until you are in your room. But the room is very nice and very clean, and the service is lovely. The only thing I would change in the room is the bedspreads. A box of tissues would also be nice. It is located close to a few charming restaurants, such as a gelato store and LaSosta, which has very yummy dining.

Very disappointed we are as host to you. Suppose, if you don't stay at home, do you switch on AC in your room 24 hours.....??? Its a matter of commonsense. Even you people keep the card on slot the AC was on though you check out earlier . NO sense, this is called wastage. We do not want to host this mentality people again . Sorry.

The staff were helpful in arranging late check-in from the airport (2:30am). Some instructions on putting the key into the wall to get power would have been helpful as this took us quite a while to figure out and we were very tired. The rooms are tiny but cute. The bus to Venice was easy enough to catch. Just ask the staff where the corner store is to purchase tickets and it is 10-12min into Venice.

GREAT PLACE & LOCATION
PROS: EXCELLENT customer service!! The young man was VERY helpful and always answered all questions. Spacious room. Updated & good sized bathroom. GERAT location, right near a bust stop, for a direct line to take you right to Venice in only about 15 minutes!! Several eating options and convenient stores, ice cram, and ATM all near by (1 block or less.) CONS: No elevator (common in Europe. However, the front desk helped!) Dated room decor, but very clean and comfortable. My only REAL complaint is that the curtains do NOT completely close-out the window view. There is a walking and sitting area right outside the room, anyone could peak inside if they wanted to do so.

This family run hotel is very conveniently located close to the airport with very convenient bus connections to Venice (1 bus, 15 -20 minutes to Venice). Staff is very helpful and friendly in providing information. They also operate a small cafe for your morning espresso and croissant and there is a great little pizza shop just down the street. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel was decent, the room was clean and the locatiom is great because the bus stop is very close to get into venice. The 3 things that i didnt like is, 1. the pillows, are hard as rocks and im not over exaggerating. 2. We came at the end of april, it was about 65-70°F during the day and THERE WAS NO AC. We asked the staff about it and he shrugged and said there was nothing he can do. 3. While the location is close to the bus, the front door to the hotel is down this walkway, that is infront of a park. At night it is very scary, especially for 2 female travelers. Its pitch black in the park and one night around 12am we came back to the hotel and a man was even sitting in the darking swinging on the swings. It is just pretty creepy/scary late at night. It may be a safe area but things can happen so i wouldnt suggest this place for solo female travelers just for that reason.

The family was very friendly and helpful. The son spoke English which was a super plus for me. They also have an ice-cream shop right next to the property and the ice-cream was amazing. I loved the Lemon. The young man was super helpful when I needed a taxi and also told me how to get to Venezia on public transportation. From the hotel go towards the main street and cross it. Then at the traffic light cross it again and you will find a tobacco shop a couple steps ahead and but your ticket for the bus it is 1.50 one way and the bus picks you up really close by. The buses pass by every 15 minutes. Anyways it's really close to airport about 14 min in taxi or less and Venezia even on bus is close. I liked my stay.

This is a family owned business and they treat you like family. They give you tips of great places to eat. They also owned an ice cream shop next to the hotel and their homemade Ice cream is delicious. The hotel is super cute and very clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

The family who owns the hotel was extremely welcoming and helpful. Our only complaint was that our room was on the first floor and the windows did not lock. Any one could have opened them while we were sleeping and easily climbed into our room.
