"Out to the city for an overnight birthday celebration for my partner. We upgraded to a deluxe suite, ended up on the corner of the 8th floor. Lovely views, clean suite, perfect for our evening. Enjoyed cocktails and small bites at the redwood room before adventuring for the evening. Will be back ! Perfect location for where we like to go in the city :)"

"Fantastic location if you are.looking to be in the heart of the tourist destination. Hotel is close to the cable cars and all transit lines (BART, MUNI). Heated pool located on site. Attentive hotel staff. Property is a little dated however rooms are incredibly clean. We stayed in a premium king room, very spacious and had a patio. Guest rooms have a mini fridge, coffee maker, safe and use of bathrobes. As it is a downtown property, can get noisy. There is homelessness in the area, however did not experience any type of aggressive panhandling or felt unsafe. If we return to San Francisco, will likely stay again at this property."
