If you're looking for a hotel room for you and your older children, look no further than the family rooms at this hotel. The staff are all very efficient and friendly, although there was one member who let some needy customers rattle her, she could have remained calmer.
I can't comment on the breakfast because at twenty euros a head, it just looked overpriced.
The rooms were comfortable, attractively decorated, clean and quiet. I'd definitively recommend this hotel to a friend.
Forget your Parisien experience of 4star hotels. The rooms are modern (audio/video hooks, espresso machine, fast free wireless broadband internet) and roomy (I reserve the expression spacious for Dubai style rooms).
This hotel's unique location is opposite a hair dresser (a more affordable one is down the road) and a grocery store (carrefour). It's walking distance from Parc D'Acclimation (sp?) where our kids had a blast. It's walking distance from several other regular touristy locations but with Uber we just ride from spot to spot.
Staff were exceptionally well spoken, humorous, friendly. They were understanding of our needs (traveling with a toddler and infant) and helped make our stay super smooth.
This is now my go to hotel in Paris. We are coming back (minus the kids) for a school reunion outside of Paris, and this will be our address for the stay.
A boutique hotel in a lovely neighborhood. Very close to many sites and great shopping. Some stairs to get up to a small elevator and stairs again to get to the floor, but they're minimal.
Rooms are comfortable but not super spacious. I did not have air con but it wasn't got in Paris at that time. I've sorted here a few times and will happily go back again.
Breakfast is 16euros but it's very easy to walk outside and eat close by. There are cafés and a grocery store right there.

The streets southwest of the Arc de Triomphe comprise exclusive residential properties, embassies, dynamic modern architecture and smart restaurants. Riverside landmarks are the grandiose Palais de Chaillot in its fountain gardens, the Palais de Tokyo and the Maison de Radio-France (free concerts). Beyond the Périphérique, the Bois de Boulogne is a park with lakes and plentiful leisure amenities but is best avoided after dark.
