Rue Keppler can be a bit tricky to find if you arrive on foot via the Metro at George V. the Receptionist was expecting us our check-in was painless and we were shown to our room by a friendly and helpful porter. Our room was an executive room on the 1st floor and was very pleasant quiet and comfortable for a short visit (2 Nights) it might be considered small if our stay had been longer. Breakfast was included in our booking but on departure it had been added to our bill, however on producing our expedia booking confirmation it was removed and they apologised without a fuss. Breakfasts had a decent variety and the waiting staff were helpful and friendly. We never saw any other staff but didn't feel this was an issue given that it was a small hotel.
Spent nine days in Paris in late September and made sure we stayed here because we stayed here a year ago for fourteen days. Clean establishment, friendly helpful staff and a very good safe location in Paris. Our room was #104, quite small, but nice. (We requested it again) Easy access to bus 72 which is the main tourist bus. ( bus 52 also ) Neighborhood has a societe general, a good patisserie, and two restaurants within 30 seconds from your door. A Monopris grocery is a 4 minutes walk. If we ever return to Paris we will, of course, stay here because we are very comfortable with this place and people.
I stayed 5 nights at the Best Western Victor Hugo that I found on line through expedia.I was very pleased with the location,in the center of everything.Ma room was super cleaned every day.It was very quiet. The staff was extremely nice & helpful.I will definitively go back.

Hotel was well located, clean, staff understood English and facility is close to the Trocadero and Boisserie metro stations.Bothe Eiffel Tower and Arc are walking distance. There are a lot of brasseries and good places for breakfast/lunch and dinner.A small Carrefour supermarket is just steps away from hotel (you get everything from water/juice/bread/milk/cereal,etc).
Small bar is open until midnight and is well stocked.
Lovely hotel, amazing location- metro station 5 mins walk and main tourist locations only few stops away. Chose a room with a city view and could see the arch de triomphe outside our window. Was there for NYE and was in an excellent location to see the NYE celebrations though sombre this year on the champs de elysee, went for a lovely meal at one of the many restaurants down the road. Staff were very helpful and welcoming especially Lucy and man on night shift at the desk on NYE. Hotel gave us a little boxed gift of a candle and diffuser and note to say happy new year -extra special touch. Very comfortable bed and bathroom was very clean with great amenities, room also had a safe. Had the continental breakfast in bed for 7 euros rather than going for full breakfast for 22 euros downstairs which thought was overpriced. Overall a lovely time was had and would definately stay here again if coming to Paris.

"Beautiful hotel, welcoming staff, great location."
Well worth the money, just been for my birthday and the staff were excellent - very humble. hotels location was excellent, there's a metro station entrance infront of the building so you are well connected to all of Paris' attractions. Of course there's arc de triomphe right at the end of the road as well!
The streets southwest of the Arc de Triomphe comprise exclusive residential properties, embassies, dynamic modern architecture and smart restaurants. Riverside landmarks are the grandiose Palais de Chaillot in its fountain gardens, the Palais de Tokyo and the Maison de Radio-France (free concerts). Beyond the Périphérique, the Bois de Boulogne is a park with lakes and plentiful leisure amenities but is best avoided after dark.
