Staff was amazing and so helpful! First time in Japan and this was our first stay. Room was clean and spacious, keeping in mind that it is Japan. Would definitely stay there again, when I come back to Japan

Big room, near Tokyo Tower, so good zone with easy access to transport. Our double room had a big desk and office chair that were nice for laptop use.

The stuff very helpful and good service but the area too close night club after 10pm starting people on the street talking very loud and need to keep clean inside the room

This hotel is a great option with great accessibility to surrounding area. However, the staff language skill could be improved as well as some services, like filling out luggage shipping form, were not offered like other hotels.

I liked that it was right near the roppongi train station, and that there were easy options for snacks nearby. I wish the beds had more than 1 hard pillow on them

Accessible area to subway and bus. Room was much larger than we expected for Tokyo. However, it is loud at night from the street as there are many bars/clubs in the area. Hotel held lugguge after check out till our later flight time which was appreciated

The staff worked very hard to accommodate. The day staff spoke little English but the not staff more. Very nice. The hotel also has a nice washer/dryer. Close to many food choices.

Perfect area!, literally 10 minutes walking from Roppongi Hills, EASY to catch a cab right outside. 7-11, Family Mart and grocery store all 1-2 minutes away. Friendly english speaking staff available 24 hours.

You can hear outside noise from outside your room Door people. Talking and outside noise from people at the club pillow was so flat already doona inside was so used and dirty ,washing machine and dryer was so bad ,specially dryer can’t even dry properly have to put lots of coins,like 3 hrs drying for like jeans and shirts of 8 pcs ,area was good close to station .
