This hotel is extremely convenient for transit options, shopping/dining, and entertainment. The hotel offers family friendly activities such as a bowling alley and aquarium. With a 711 convenience store onsite, there’s always a simple food option next to the variety of restaurants offered. Sadly, the quality of cleanliness and amenities have decreased. Our room was not vacuumed, tables not wiped down (dusty), the bathroom tiles were dirty, and room amenities were a bare minimum. Sustainability is understandable, but soaps/shampoos weren’t refilled once and a toothbrush was the only provided amenity. Of the several stays that we’ve booked, the quality has gone down significantly in the last 6 months, and we can only hope things will improve. It was slightly disappointing coming from a cheaper Daiwa Roynet Hotel where cleanliness and amenities were 10/10.

Great staff. Dated rooms with awful furniture: desk chair was trash and the bed was laughable. You will feel the metal in the “mattress.” I actually can’t believe I paid what I did for this place.

The shopping was crazy on property. I need an extra suitcase because I overshopped on souvenirs, I was able to go downstairs and get a very nice suitcase for a surprisingly reasonable amount. I also bought more souvenirs down there. We had dinner on site which was in our Top 3 meals in Tokyo with the loveliest old man that waited on us. Anyone that didn't speak fluent English had some kind of translator on them which was great because I can't remember any of my Rosetta Stone 3 drinks into dinner. The hotel is right on top of Shinegawa station which was actually a wonderful view at night and incredibly easy to grab a train to get to the airport in the morning. We were about 30 stories up and didn't hear any noise from the train station at all. It was a great place to stay all around.

Good location next to train station. Room was on smaller side and a little outdated. Lots of dining and shopping options in hotel. 7-11 was perfect

Construction surrounds you. Our room had minimum space to walk. Our suitcases were placed on two chairs and the desk table. There were no dresser with drawers to put your clothes or personal items. The clothing closet was very small. The air conditioner did not work properly.

There are pros and cons to this property. It was the first hotel we stayed at when we arrived in Japan. As a first hotel, it was very convenient. Right across the road from the subway. And surrounded by restaurants and stores and amenities. Really easy as a launching point to other areas in Tokyo. For that reason, I loved it. However, the room was very dated, and not as clean as I would prefer and I didn’t find the staff warm or helpful. And the room was small and super hot with no ability to cool it off. If you choose this hotel, it will be for location, location, location.

There should be cold air for A/C during all seasons, being in a room at a constant 24-25 degrees Celsius was uncomfortable and there was no way to cool the room down

The rooms were shabby. The lining of the blackout drapes was peeling off in numerous spots, so that the sun was shining in first thing in the morning. Additionally, the air conditioning did not work in our room and in the two adjacent rooms. When we asked the front desk about it they told us to read the instructions. We found a housekeeping person who showed us how it is supposed to work - but, once again, it did not work in our room and in the two adjacent rooms.

I was in the main tower and the accommodations were great. The only thing I didn't like was the AC system. It was difficult to adjust the room temperature.

I liked the close proximity of the train station, area supermarket and convenient stores like a 7-eleven in the hotel. The a variety of restaurants were also in close proximity to the hotel. The staff were courteous and helpful. Our room was smaller than I am used to coming from the US.
