Decent hotel but overpriced for what it is. If you really desire a studio apartment during your stay then this is great for you. The closest train station is about a 8-10 minute walk. The location isn’t bad but there are definitely better options at this price point.

We had great experience at this place. Staff was above and beyond amazing ! Cleaning services everyday . Perfect location. Every thing is walking distance, 3 min to 7-11. 15 min walk to left and you are in downtown with Godizilla street, Isetan ,don quijote( Donki ) (2 major departmental stores for anything and everything shopping). 14 min walk to shinjuku gyoen park to view cherry blossom. There is bus stop right across hotel to go to near by major shinjuku station. Lots of drug stores near by with cosmetics. Absolutely pleasure to stay here. We will definitely book this again. Thank you all at Citadine Shinjuku !!

It is a bit far from city, station etc. Also the cabinets, bathroom etc are VERY OLD & CHEAP. It is way too expensive for what the rooms offer. Wasn’t worth the price we paid. On the other hand, it was good we could cook our own breakfast & meals. But overall…Very disappointing & wouldn’t stay there again.

All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They let us check in a little early and check out late. They also will hold your luggage if needed. The room was a nice size, clean, and comfortable.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. It is a 8min walk from the nearest station (Shinjuku gyoenmae) and 15min to the main Shinjuku station. From Shinjuku gyoenmae, most of the road is smooth, which is good for moving luggages.

Clean, spacious. Small gym to use. Would stay here again! Great staff. Only negative was the breakfast - western style food - not good! Would not recommend purchasing the breakfast, you can get cheaper food that is much better nearby.

This property is just under 2km from the Shinjuku train station. We walked there in about 15-20min. There are plenty of 7 eleven/Lawsons in the area and some good dining options. We walked everywhere and felt safe. It was just out of the busy area and nice and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay: the room was clean and quite big for Tokyo standards. We only had breakfast once and it was ok. Staff was friendly and helpful especially when we asked to ship our luggage to the next destination. Position or great, in a quiet part of Shinjuku but close enough to metro and the most chaotic area and there is a 7eleven just around the corner

Excellent hotel, one of the best we have stayed in for a very long time. Everything you need is here, local restaurants and supermarkets near by, bus just outside, post office round the corner. Staff are excellent and helpful in every way possible. We will be staying again on our next trip to Japan.

We found our stay her enjoyable.. It's a quiet area away from the rush The hotel is serviced appartment type so you get a small kitchenette with sink, microwave and single electric cook element. We found the re-supplying of tea/sugar etc was ad-hoc. There are good restuarants and 7 eleven/Lawsons nearby and an easy walk into the main entertainment area. Subway is close. I would stay here again

Comfortable stay. Very spacious room compared to other similarly priced hotels. 24/7 laundry is super convenient (but the dryers are not efficient). Thank you housekeeping staff for daily room cleaning.

Hotel is clean, room is spacious. We love the restaurants around the hotels, and amentities. The only downside is that the nearest train station is 450m away, took us 7-8mins walk.

A great stay in quiet part and of Shinjuku. Staff is very helpful, especially Kattel and Alessandro. They made our stay warm and assisted with dinner reservations. Love the tub at this hotel.

This property is located a few blocks from the subway station and there are some convenient stores and eateries nearby. We were initially given a room that faced an office building maybe 1m away so it barely had any light coming through the tiny window. We requested for a room that faced the street so if you easily feel claustrophobic, make that request upfront. The room came fully equipped with a kitchenette, study and beds - a good size by Tokyo standards I suppose. But it’s dated. Don’t expect modern trimmings. It is functional. I’d have preferred the towels not smell like sweat but they did, everyday. The Housekeeping staff will start knocking at 10 am and when I shouted from the toilet “Please give me 10 more minutes”, they barged in anyway. That was rude. One day I returned to find the sweater and socks I’d left on the bed strewn all over the floor. I did not enjoy my stay.
