It's had perfect design. Rooms are spacious n clean.. But lack of kitchen utensil. So cooking is impossible.. But overall is great.

Cleanliness Improvement Must Be Done
We had a 2 days stay in Zetter Suites. The front office staff was very friendly and informative. Had an easy check in and check out. Location was good.... located near the night market. But When we came out from the lift to the Block C ...Level 3 corridor..... to enter our suites after check in , we saw a lot of rubbish scattered along it. I thought they will sweep later but it was left that way untill we check out. Such an eye sore. In the room.... the cleanliness I would say okay only because the bedsheets and towels provided had a lot of stains on it. Luckily we brought our own towel. We also used the stairway to go down from 3rd floor to ground floor.... the cleanliness of it also quite disappointing. I feel that The management must look into the cleanliness of the property seriously.

The back balcony very dirty, seems like didn’t clean up every check out. Maybe slept at the 1st floor facing the road, can’t sleep the whole night as noisy.

I were expecting to cook over there n spent time but in that suite you didn't provide us kitchen utensils such as proper bowl. The kitchen ware also can't be used.

Average at best
The good: pleanty of space, and the microwave and fridge were invaluable with young children. The bad: the communal areas (lifts, hallway etc). were dirty and smelled, very offputting. Though clean the apartment was in need of work; doors were rusty and squeeked (not great when trying to get a baby to sleep), and walls and furniture were run down. There was a hub for cooking , but no pots or pans to use on it. There was an extra charge for additional bedding or towels. Breakfast was average at best with limited options.

Spacious, nice decor. Coackroaces infested first suite, had to purchase insecticide from nearby 7Eleven as Reception closed at 8pm. Upgraded to 2 bedroom suite next moning, no bugs. Cooking forbidden despite microwave and induction hot plate built in.

The pasar malam is just infront of the suite...very convinient for us to get food and drinks (walking distance). The apt is just right for 5 family members. Need to bring along a sleeping bag for the 5th member. The property need to provide at least a box of tissues in the apt beside the toilet rolls.. Apart from that, everything's 👍.

Apartment location was convenient surroundings have shop and near to night market street. The property building environment is extremely dirty and smelly. Inside the apartment decor design is nice but disappointed is the bathroom not clean got fungus on floor and at wash basin, the bed quilt cover have stain, towel is super dirty. Kitchen have stove but no fry pan or pot, serving plate and cups have full of cockcoach eggs we hv to buy disposal plate and cup. Check in for 2 days suffer for 2 days. Not value for money is really dirty. Suggest Host inspect personally the unit fitness before handover to guest..

Cleanliness of this property is the biggest issue... as i dont see there is frequent upkeepjng by the managenent. The corridor along the walkway to hotel room are full of birds poo poo.. Inside the unit... though things are very tidy. But the hygiene and cleanliness are not up to par for the price we paying.... i still remember very clearly the scene that freak me and my family out.. that is when i saw a cocroache crawling over my food while i was eating on the dining table. The bedsheet comes with stains... not to sure it was changed.... The food was digusting... generally they are cold and i can see the utensils are not properly cleaned.

V nice loft we stay in. Hot water heater is shared in 3 bathrooms. There is a direct heater in 1 bathroom. We love how friendly the staff were. I left my juice at the reception and the receptionist remember and send to our room. Will definitely come back stay again. There is weekend Street pasar Malam just next to hotel. 7-11 and other food restaurants are just below the hotel. V convenient

The staffs are helpful but the property condition is terrible. The bed sheet and pillows are yellowish. The water heater for master room is not working. The room is noisy as we can hear the door sound of upstairs and voices outside the corridor.

The room itself is ok but the property outside in the hallways and lifts reminds you of a shanty town accommodation. There are absolutely no kitchen utensils except for a few mugs - no cutlery, now bowls, plates, tongs nothing. Bathrooms are below average and there was no way that the sheets and towels were professionally cleaned - they were clean but its like they put them in a domestic washing machine and hang them out to dry as all the "white linen" is yellow. Floors were not swept properly or vacuumed.

Once I reached the apartment,they told me that they don't have my booking even I showed them my confirmation email from Expedia. They never receive any booking from Expedia and don't allowed me to check in. I even showed them my credit card amount that I've paid. They told me that they can't give me the room because they don't have this booking. They told me that it's not their fault. It's Expedia fault so asked me to deal with Expedia myself. They can't do anything with this but I showed them all my confirmation and prove that I've received. It's a terrible experience. Lucky I'm local. If it's happen to a tourist, what can they do in others country. They are not allowed to check in and been told that they don't have the booking with the confirmation letter. Pity them
