Booked 4 rooms and they were not clean with doors and many cupboards damaged. Towels not very clean. Rooms also got many insects. Tap without proper cap resulting in water spraying instead of flowing down when turned on.

Booked two rooms and found out that one side can be hotter and the other side cool depending on direction of sun. No AC units to cools the hot side, Also extra surprise charges were requested upon check in and in addition Expedia choice of breakfast included does mean that and was a place where breakfast was chargeable.

Noisy - all voices from reception echoed upstairs to my room. Rooms are very dated and bathrooms grimy. Window in my room didn’t shut properly as latch was broken. Rubbish all round the grounds. Staff were very pleasant.

seamless check in; comfortable room; bathroom was spacious but shower speed can be improved. However, carpeting need replacement; breakfast items need major upgrade.

Huge dilapidated 1970s hotel. It has charm but you need to be ready for everything being a bit broken. Watch that they dont try and charge you a foreigner tax on top of the tourism tax, it doesnt apply until 2025.

This hotel needs renovating & some new staff. Our first room had a lot of ants so we were moved to a room that had fewer ants. Service was not available in the lounge areas, the bar was closed & the "fitness centre" was just a few treadmills. Most of the staff were rude, particularly to my wife. Only one woman at the front desk was pleasant.

We had a great stay in this hotel and we upgraded our room that had a fantastic view of the hills and the village. The room simply massive and it was so relaxing just sitting in the balcony enjoying the wonderful view. The only problem we had was the television being too loud and we could not adjust the volume of the sound and the cover for the handset of the tv conrol was missing. We informed the front desk but they did not do anything about it. We had not attempted to turn the tv on again. The food in the restaurant not good. We had wonderful Tandoori chicken meals down in a restaurant in he village. We were able to buy fruits from the fruit stalls next to the car park which is on the way to the hotel up the hill.

We booked the room with a kid and we paid additional guest charge as well. But then hotel insists to pay for extra towel and bottle. Theyeven said I need to pay for breakfast for the kid. Eventually after having a discussion with the staff and management they made an exception. This is something that they need to have the clarity

Hotel all the carpet is dirty including the public area and rooms. Coffee Stain in the room carpet not remove or clean. Very bad impression about the cleanliness. Must have big improvement cleaning change all new carpet. Breakfast choice not much too few options. Not recommend people come to stay again. Price not cheap but poor quality.

Had a pleasant experience. Awesome scenery and surroundings. Clean and tidy. The hotel is little outdated and need some makeover. Also, I would like to see some more variety in the breakfast menu.

Good for its price
I was quite shocked and disappointed upon first walking into the room but it could be because I was used to the standard of 4-star hotels. The room was fairly large but without many furniture so it looked quite empty and eerie especially at night. The lift looked like a factory lift. The tap in the bathtub first released yellowish water but the water was clean afterwards. The room cleaning service do not clean the toilet thoroughly enough, especially the bathtub. There were stains that I had to rub away myself. However, for its price, it was alright. It was still overall pretty comfortable and livable but just don’t expect too much like I did. The balcony and view were amazing. The bed was comfortable and the room was huge. It was overall still a good experience. Also, it was within walking distance to many shops. It wasn’t necessarily in the town center of Cameron Highlands but a good location nevertheless.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It is located in a nice and convenient area. The place is not well maintained and it does not feels clean. Breakfast has limited options. The place has an amazing potential, but needs a lot of love.

The hotel was well located near the town center, quiet, safe, ample parking space, staff were helpful and good room service but the choice of food were somewhat limited. The selected food was plenty and excellent. Good scenery around the hotel.

Comfortable, spacious hotel
Like the comfortable and big, spacious room with good view of the mountains. The stay would be better if the Wi-Fi is faster and don’t need constant login.

Great hotel with a wonderful staff. Rooms are lovely and the hotel offers so many lounge areas to sit and wait out a rainy afternoon:) Breakfast is well worth the price, lots of options, fresh and tasty. Room service is a smaller menu, but something for everyone and delicious.

Property is in a good location with good reviews. It could be really nice if it was kept up. Malaysian definition of clean is a bit lower than Europe/American. Little things like shampooing carpets, cleaning walls, etc could make this place feel much nicer. Most rooms have a faint/old cigarette smoke smell.
