Big amd clean place with a great view. Located just a 5min walk to a beautiful beach. Esp gteat when low tide as you can walk along the sea beds. Just that will be good to have hamd towel in the room.

Well done to all the hotel crew. From the entrance to the reception to the restaurant, all of them are friendly and polite. Easy check-in and check out. Love the room and the view from the balcony, (11th storey, facing Melaka Straits) are superb. We like it so much. Many choices and delicious breakfast. .. No problem for parking lot. Hopefully will have another night here; next time.

Room condition and service meet expectation. Enjoy the water challet scenary and swimming in the pool. Room for improvement on the food menu during breakfast and the small shop in the premise to sell snack and refreshment.

Bathtub condition are horrible, shower hot water isnt working, mattress cover with stain! Room light so gloomy and awful. Tissue paper and shampoos were not refill.

Got a room at the highest floor (11th) and corner lot some more..very nice view~ If this is your first time staying, take note that the room entrance is connected to your bathroom and shower area.

Very busy New Year weekend and they seemed short-staffed which is understandable given the low occupancy over the past few months. Supposed to check in at 3 pm. Only got a room by 5.45 pm. Towels and amenities only placed for 2 person instead of the 4 booked.

Poor Internet Access
We appreciate the fact that we were upgraded to Grand Lexis from Lexis due to sanitization work. Also, the room was spacious, clean and had an amazing sea view. However, the WiFi speed was extremely slow. After we complained, a technician came to look at our room router. He informed us that the fault is at the central server. We were told that it would take 30min to fix. However, when we called up to inquire why the WiFi was still hardly accessible, we were then informed that it could only be fixed the next morning. Again, the next morning, the WiFi remained extremely slow until we checked out. This is extremely disappointing for a premium class hotel like Lexis. It is unthinkable that in a time when everyone depends on the internet for news, study, work and entertainment, Lexis should have such poor internet access. This incident marred our otherwise pleasant one night stay.

I stayed at the water chalet. Upgraded to Executive. Thank you for this. The chalet looks old even though it is well maintained. It may need some refurbishment? At night, the were no corridor lights. Guard said fuse went off and can only be repaired thr next day. Had to use the light from our mobile phones because it was too dark. Breakfast has a lot of varieties. Ample space for parking.

The maintenance of your cleanliness is far beyond my expectation of a popular resort.The aircon blower is full of dust and i believe it was a long time since last service.The TV reception is bad and programmes are limited. A staff told me the resort started in 2007 and its only 13 years but the maintenance us in a deplorable state.

Keluasan bilik ok cuma kebersihan tak memuaskan, ada kesan darah sikit pd comforte ktil utama. Kalau basuh darah atau coklat ke mesti hilang. Tak pasti macam mana pihak hotel buat room cleaning sebelum guest masuk. Customer service cepat cuma kurang senyum dan kurang mesra dengan guest. Breakfirst good 👍 Deco bilik saya sendiri. Pihak lexis dah boleh bagi diskaun atau hadiah untuk guest yg sambut birthday di hotel. So far 7/10 ❤️

We got upgraded to premium water chalet. But the toilet won’t flush. I had to call the staff to fix it twice (on that night and next morning). The room condition look old. Renovation and maintenance are strongly required. Breakfast is nice. The beach is only walking distance.

stay in Premier Tower Seaview
This hotel is quite secluded and quiet. Good for peeps looking to isolate away from the crowd. Stayed in the premier tower building instead of the water chalet , which overlook the sea . Personally, find it a better deal ( cheaper and better view). The space is similar , just different layout. food wise, not much to complain. If you are looking to have some food outside the hotel, the next nearest restaurant/eatry is about 10-15 slow walk from hotel. Grab services is a tad difficult and long wait at times, especially after 6pm.
