Pro: connected to the mall with a grocery store. Very easy to find something to eat. Very helpful staff, they can help arrange rides if needed. Con: the room is a little run down, can see some wires in the wall, and the corners of walls are chipped. Overall its a good hotel.

Great place but ...
What a great choice if you're staying in Ipoh! It is very comfortable, great bed linen and probably the best pillows we've experienced in many hotel stays. It is clean and quiet too. Filtered water is available on a separate tap in the bathroom, which is very convenient. Top quality liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner are supplied in the shower. The hotel is close enough to the old town and food stalls so you can walk, even if the footpaths don't exist in some places. The WEIL is attached to a large shopping complex, so very convenient. On the reverse side: due to a delayed flight, no train tickets available from KL, the only option was a bus. We arrived at the hotel at midnight, unsure if we'd be able to get in. Their telephone system is switched over "after hours" to a message saying " no one available, call later". This went on for an hour, so I finally gave up ringing. We decided to take a chance, looking for an overnight option nearby as we took a Grab from the bus station to the hotel. To our relief, reception was staffed and we were quickly checked in. Next: no information was provided to us about the facilities in the hotel. On day four, our last day, we decided to have breakfast in-house (due to time constraints), only to discover it was included in our room rate! Having said that, it wasn't very exciting anyway. The coffee out of the machine was tasteless, there were no pastries and the fresh fruit was less than appetising to look at.

My experience from check-in to check-out was smooth. Excellent service by the staff and I love the variety offered for breakfast. The room was clean and cozy. Definitely the best property to stay in Ipoh.

Central location, convenient and comfortable room. Front desk staff needs customer service and hospitality training. Checking in and out were really frustrating. Three computers, at least 6 personnel hovering around but only one person working. The rest just chat amongst themselves and avoid eye contact with customers

Excellent staff especially front of house and doormen, also housekeeping were brilliant! Loved the rooms and amazing beds. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and relaxing there plus the great view. Fantastic hotel and highly recommend. On a great spot too!

Excellent hotel and the best in Ipoh. Valet parking is very convenient however my assigned lot always taken by others 😅

The location is good, next to Ipoh Parade where you can find food and necessities easily. Hotel room is decent size, basic, and nothing over the top. The car park at L5 was really dark amd scary though. Wouldn’t dare to walk to my car if I am alone.

Breakfast spread wasn’t exciting. I stayed 2 nights there n I gave up my last day of breakfast in hotel & decided to eat out. Furniture arrangement at lobby waiting area next to restaurant needs to be improved, very narrow circular space and it is tough to get in & out. My hubby knocked by the furniture bcoz of poor arrangement & he got bruised on his leg.

An excellent choice for accommodations in the heart of Ipoh town. Very accessible to the airport and Ipoh Parade shopping centre. 15mins walk to major tourist spots including old town area.

Very modern trendy Service very good Particular shout out to Shella on reception who was very helpful and attentive Ditto Erul concierge The only thing I struggled with was where to eat, it wasn’t clear to me where restaurants were and type Also as I checked in on a Monday one of the restaurants and the spa were closed Monday and Tuesday It wasn’t even possible to make an appointment in advance for the Wednesday

It was my first stay after 2years. The staff are courteous, guest room was clean, lighting was toiletries, snacks were adequate. We encountered issue with the air conditioning, the technician came to fix the problem with 10mins. Highly recommended .

Overall Stay was Good!
Good location, rather convenient to move around and next to the mall. Like the room size and layout. Comfortable overall, especially the bathroom with the option of rain shower. Only setback is the closet is very small and the 2 bathrobes already occupied most of the hanging space and provided only couple of hangers, had to request for more. Breakfast was mediocre. Surprised that a request for an extra pillow is chargeable.

The hotel is in the heart of town and close to many popular eateries and tourist spots. It is about 5km to the airport and is connected to Ipoh Parade, the biggest mall in Ipoh. Clean and spacious room although the swimming pool is small.

Convenient location next to mall. Wifi in room is weak. Bed mattress is a bit sunken in, not so comfortable to sleep. Buffet breadfast menu should change daily. Overall stay is quite pleasant.
