The only thing I found not as described, was the front desk was not very helpful with local attractions and info about the immediate area. We stayed four days, and eventually figured out a lot of stuff that they should probably know being a tourist area. Other than that, they were very friendly and an overall very nice stay.

The location of the property was good, staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area, but I was very disappointed about the conditions of the property. The room was smelly, and some of furntures were already demaged and seems like they haven't been looked after properly. Water taps in the shower were leaking all night and the hair dry in the property wasn't working. For the price that I paid, I could have gotten another property near by darling harvour. I don't think I will be choosing the hotel for my future trip.

Very nice place for families. One minor thing was wifi signal very weak. Everything else was lovely, clean and family friendly

We there Easter weekend. Rydges is situated I. The busking part of the city. Walking distance to darling harbour. 30 min walk to circular quay. Alternatively tram on George st. Shopping close by in world square. And China town. Easy wheelchair excess to the room. Be mindful it can get noisy if you sit on the balcony or leave the balcony door open. You are in the city after all.

Basic, clean, sizeable rooms. Good location between Central Station and Chinatown, walkable with good transport connections. The bed was a bit form and springy for my liking, otherwise very serviceable.

Five stars for sure. Superb king bed, outside balcony for my cigars, excellent air conditioning. Maid service every day. The bedroom has double windows to block out street noise. It seemed like we were the only people on the 8th floor as we heard no hallway noise ever. All appliances worked. One of our best rentals ever.

Threadbare carpets. Filthy air conditioning return air ducts. Innersprings in mattress jabbing my back all night. Insufficient coffee for four people. Breakfast, when viewing the options, looked to be of a very poor quality. Initially given a room that was already occupied, yet our key opened the door to be greeted by others already in the room. Overall very dissatisfied especially for the dollars paid. We will not be staying at this hotel ever again.

The location is pretty good and foyer area is nice. However, our apartment was very dated and in need of a significant refresh. It wasn't cheap, and I expected a higher standard for what I paid.

Overall the property was good. Good location and well maintained - air conditioning in room didn’t work - asked everyday of my stay and everyday was told maintenance was scheduled to look at it - never happened and never got a reason which really made the stay less pleasant
