Liked - Friendly and helpful staff, Location near Westfied Paramatta, the Station and CommBank Stadium. Dislikes - No FOXTEL which you would have thought at the price charged would have been available. Only one working Guest Laundry with a broken light.

We used the hotel for a concert at Accor Stadium. It was close to the train station and had good parking. Unfortunately, the room smelt of smoke and the fittings and fixtures were old.

Great walking distance for all things in central parramatta, clean and presentable, rooms were a bit average but clean and comfortable

The rooms need renovations carpet, bathroom and housekeeping wasn’t great wet towels left on the floor beds weren’t made up after we requested

Not my first stay here and it's never let me down. The floors inside felt a bit dusty on my feet and the balcony had cigarette butts on the ground but everything else was great and staff are always really friendly 😊

Mantra in Parramatta was a perfect retreat for me to get in some last minute preparation for some important assessment tasks that I had the following day. Quiet, comfortable, clean and private. Would definitely be coming back.

Convenient location. Very close to Westfield and Parramatta station. The property is dated. Hot tub was cold. Room was on air conditioning but needed to have heating as well. It was warmer with air con off, but still slightly cold, wearing active wear and light jacket, max 26 degrees and low fan was still breezy. Hallway carpet is pretty worn. The King bed was 2 twins put together. The mattresses were old and could feel the springs - had to lay on a pillow. But I booked early so for the price I paid, I think it was pretty good for the area.

Air conditioner didn't work properly and the tiny fridge that wasn't cold, so not really a 'Comfort Suite'. The advertised sauna does not work and hasn't for a while, and according to a staff member this has been known for quite some time. We had to pay a deposit in case of breakages and mini bar use, although there was no mini bar and the hotel already had our credit card details, and 3 weeks later I a still trying to sort this out as it is still Pending. There are far better hotels and serviced apartments for the price.
