The room is extremely clean. The lack of outlets and ability to charge phone and use my computer was difficult. The is on the small side but no big deal.

I found this casino very pleasant. I am from New Mexico and found that your casino was not a smoke free environment in the inside of the casino. IN NM our casinos are smoke free. That was a little disappointing. Did love the bar area, "z" was a friendly and fun bar tender. The room was very comfortable. The mattress was a little uncomfortable but not bad. Close to my family, that was a big plus. I would stay at this casino again. Thank you.

We stayed at this hotel so we did not have to drive home to Redding after our daughter’s basketball team competed at Lassen High. We did not enter the casino or eat at the restaurant. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke from the casino that lingered in the lobby, but we were so thankful it did not enter the actual rooms. We were also delighted to see it was not a pet-friendly hotel. (Nothing worse than being subjected to other people’s dogs barking nonstop when they are left alone. Or, having them lunge at you or your children in the hallways.) The room was clean and comfortable and well appointed. We have stayed at many hotels over the years, and we agree that this was one of the most pleasant stays. A big thank you to the kind and welcoming staff too!

Very cozy, friendly staff and clean. Enjoy the onsite restaurant. I did not like the shower, that had water run out onto the floor and into the carpet. They really need to add something from letting the water out. Everything else was great.

Love this place.
I come to Susanville a few times a year on business and have stayed at Diamond Mountain in the past. It's always clean and comfy with a fantastic staff. The restaurant is very good, too. It doesn't smell like smoke like.many other casinos.

I felt like this was a great place to stop on our trip south. Our first time but we will stop every year. Had fun playing the slots and bacon burger with egg was the best!

Not worth the money.
Scheduled for 2 nights, left after one. No breakfast as listed for stay. Charged a $126 deposit instead of $50 /stay as listed. Room clean. Bed too soft, dipped so stuck in middle all night, not comfortable. Room 222 right on road, traffic all night long, very noisy. Noisy water running through walls all night. Would not recommend or stay here again. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Restaurant was OK, food was warm, not hot. Casino was small but fun -- slots only. The hotel was noisy and it was hard to sleep. Check in was easy as was parking. Check out was quick but they did not ask if my stay was ok or not.
