Charming place Lovely staff Great food super close to Gatwick but in the countryside - we took a country walk loop near the pub Perfect layover !

towel rail Stayed for dinner My husband had fish and chips the skin was left on the fish I also had a fish dish with a sauce which as bland Disappointed with the food Breakfast was not until 8am so we did not partake as needed to leave for the airport As the airport parking was yards away breakfast should be earlier no alternative was provided

Great stay
Had a fantastic stay here prior to an early flight. Lovely welcome and we ate in the pub which was delicious-highly recommend and the service was excellent too. We needed to leave too early for breakfast and the team were kind enough to put a little continental pack together for us. Will absolutely stay again in future

Probably should not be open Sunday night for hotel as bar closes at 6 and no food after 4 which was a surprise. Poor breakfast with a bacon sandwich inexplicably including balsamic vinegar. Taxi to and from hotel (to Gatwick)£25-£30 each way.
